Forest Boho Wedding

A group of talented local creatives came together to showcase their creative skills and create these gorgeous boho-inspired images.
This collaborative styled shoot took place on a Summer’s day at the beautiful Forest Weddings in Kinglake.
Two fabulous Photographers were there to capture all the magic - Marcel Van Der Horst and Christian Miran of Paper Bear Weddings.
Belinda Kaye did a wonderful job on hair and make-up for all four of our models. The Wanderlust Bar served up the most delicious drinks all day.
Our delightful Celebrant Yvonne Wood had our 'couples' giggling and instantly at ease. Britts and Pieces supplied us with lovely customised signage and Jordy Scott our Videographer shot some great footage of everyone doing their thing throughout the shoot.
Wild Heart Events styled the area in front of The Wanderlust Bar with little clusters of furniture and side tables, perfect for small groups to gather for a chat and a drink. We featured a cane peacock chair, vintage timber and leather chests and an assortment of vintage timber chairs, stools, macrame ottomans, cane side-tables and rugs.
We created lots of pretty boho-inspired floral arrangements featuring proteas, banksia, roses, amaranthus, succulents, smokebush, dried palms and gum foliage.
Nearby we styled an intimate boho-style picnic. Our timber chandeliers were suspended from an overhead tree at varying heights, while below a patchwork quilt was styled with macrame and patterned cushions for lounging on. An old vintage suitcase acted as a 'table', holding neutral stoneware crockery on rustic timber slabs. Vintage wicker picnic baskets and crystal decanters were also featured with pretty boho-style flowers.
